It has always been the policy of the company to meet these expectations by reacting quickly and efficiently to customers’ demands and fulfilling the requirements of every contract made.

The continuing policy of Environmental Green Group is to provide a high-quality, professional, and efficient service to ensure the satisfaction of all our clients’ requirements. This will result in enhanced efficiency, a strong customer focus, and the long-term sustainability and profitability of the company.

Management Commitment
The Management Team will demonstrate leadership and commitment and bear the responsibility for establishing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining the Quality Management System.

Resource Commitment
We undertake to ensure that sufficient resources are made available within the company to achieve these objectives. Through communication, engagement, practical example, and training, we will ensure that quality is the aim of every member of the company.

Employee Involvement
Through direction and support, each employee will gain a clear understanding of the importance of the Quality System, their responsibility to contribute to its effectiveness, and its direct relevance to the success of the company. Every employee is responsible for performing the duties required by their specific role and will be trained to do so.

Continual Improvement
The company is committed to promoting continual improvement and setting quality objectives in line with the framework laid out in the BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard. These objectives will address the risks and opportunities identified within the company by top management.

Monitoring and Evaluation
The Quality System will be monitored, measured, evaluated, and enhanced regularly under the ultimate responsibility of top management. The status and effectiveness of the system will be communicated and reported at all levels within the company.
